1. I have already reserved a different hotel. Can I change to this hotel/vacation?
       Yes.  Most hotel reservations allow you to cancel up to 2 days before the
       you arrive.  Guests will save hundreds of dollars through our vacation because

2. What is the difference between Skyrise and West Tower?
       The West Tower is the newer building with upgraded amenities, such as LCD TV.
       We provide two options so you can decide what room type you want.  [Back to top] 
3. How often are transfers between hotel and DeafNation/Treasure Island?
       We will be offering transfers to the expo all day, every day from 8am to 1am.
       This will allow guests to attend all events hosted at the expo center, as well 
       as evening events.  
       Also includes transfers to Fremont Street experience on Sunday night, July 18, 
       and the Blue Man Group show on Tuesday, July 20.  [Back to top]
4. How good is the all day buffet?
       The buffet has recently undergone a remodel and has improved. 
       See a review of the new and improved buffet here. This is an ideal option for families
       and businesses who want to keep the cost lower for their vacation.
       Through our vacation package you have the option of eating at the buffet all day,
       every day for only $20 per day per adult.  This is a savings of $15 per day, and 
       much cheaper than eating out at expensive restaurants and paying tip!
       Because the transfers are all day, you can go back to the hotel for lunch and return

5. What is the Welcome Dinner?
       The welcome dinner on Sunday afternoon, July 18, will be located at the 
       Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas and is open for all to attend.  It will end in time for 
       everyone to attend the Fremont street experience via our shuttles.  Price includes 
       a culinary buffet, desserts, drinks, tip, and tax.  During the dinner event you
       will be treated to entertainment, a $1,000 vacation drawing for ASL Dream Team
       members, and a presentation by ASL Dream Team which will be broadcast LIVE 
       to the world.  Come hungry and ready to indulge in the best Las Vegas has to offer!

6. What is the Blue Man Group show?
       Simply the best show in town for deaf!  No talking, all actions and loud effects.

7. What is free for children?
       Two children, ages 17 and under,  receive free hotel stay with each room

9. Can I reserve additional dates at the hotel?
       Yes.  You can write down what additional dates you would like on the reservation
       form and our booking agents will process the request for you.  There is an additional
       cost for the additional nights.  You will be informed of the cost and need to consent 
       and pay before the additional nights are booked.  [Back to top]

10. I have special requests/needs. How do I submit the request?
        You can write down what additional needs/requests you have on the
        reservation form.  We will attempt to accomodate all needs.  If you need an
        ADA-compliant room, please check "ADA" on the registration form.  The ADA 
        rooms will include door light alert and bed vibration alarm.  We will also try
        to accomodate all requests for connected rooms (side by side).  [Back to top]

11. Are taxes included?
         All hotel taxes/fees are included for the hotels, welcome dinner, and 
         Blue Man Group show. Transfers and buffet tax will be adjusted according to the 
         current Las Vegas tax rate as of July1, 2010.  You will be informed via email

         There are no resort fees.  All hotel costs are included in the prices listed on the

         You can request poker-only dates for the tournament.  Please email your request
